The Path of Return

You are invited into a portal of transformation—8 deep-diving modules, live ritual calls, and practical tools to help you embody your healing, rooted in both neuroscience and the inner child.

The Path of Return is a trauma-informed, somatic (body-mind), holistic, and spiritually guided group healing experience for women who are ready to reconnect with their bodies, reclaim their power, and remember their sacred essence.

*** Open only to Reiki 1 and 2 graduates based in the US****

Inspired by nervous system science, reiki,  inner child healing, attachment theory and parts work, Vedanta (Vedanta is one of the most ancient and profound spiritual philosophies of India), and expressive healing arts...

and the knowing that witnessing others' growth and resilience can inspire confidence and motivate individuals to embrace their own healing journeys.

This journey supports each of us in coming home ourselves—gently, powerfully, and in rhythm with our inner wisdom.

"No one goes through life unscathed by trauma,” which means that even if you have loving parents or you have already made some tangible steps in your healing — a somatic approach can still benefit you.

At Level 1 of The Path of Return, we lay the groundwork by cultivating:

foundational nervous system regulation, body-based healing practices, trauma-informed inner child work, self-compassion, and an introduction to Vedanta—exploring the nature of the Atman (the true Self).✨

We’ll explore how to:

  • Build inner safety and regulation

  • Deepen your connection with your physical body

  • Soothe survival patterns and build a somatic presence

  • Reparrent through parts work

  • Broaden our Reiki practice to include inner emotional work and healing

Result: A steady sense of self, emotional grounding, and renewed connection to your inner being and inner child.

What Makes This Program Unique:

  • Somatic Wisdom regulates and expands your nervous system’s capacity for safety, joy, and presence.

  • A compassionate understanding of your inner world—so you can finally say, “Oh… now I make sense.”

  • Weaving the wisdom of Vedanta  - which is an ancient spiritual path that reminds us: that beneath all conditioning, we are already whole.

This isn’t about escaping life—it’s about awakening through it.

    Grounded. Embodied. Wise.

  • Healing Group Ceremonies for energy clearing, alignment, and re-connection to your Light

  • Movement and Reiki, where trauma is gently released and your body is reclaimed with inner connection

  • Women in Circle—an intimate and safe container for sharing, being witnessed, and rising together

The healing you needed then, created now—with your breath, your body, and your being.

(The full 3-level course is shared at the bottom of the web page)

Science tells us that healing is possible — and that we are designed for it.

In the Path of Return, I want to show you how.

You are not broken.

You are carrying wisdom, protection, and survival strategies that once kept you safe.

But now, your body, heart and mind is longing for something more—freedom, softness, and peace.

Through this group container, you’ll be gently guided through an 8-part somatic and spiritual journey to reconnect with your nervous system, reclaim your voice, and remember the sacred self that’s always been within you.

This is where healing meets embodiment.

This is where science meets soul.

This is your Path of Return.

The Path of Return: A Roadmap to Holistic Healing

Did you know there is a science-based rhythm to how we heal?

When we honor the body's natural wisdom and move through the right practices in the right order, the nervous system begins to trust—and that trust accelerates our return to wholeness.

The Path of Return offers a gently sequenced, trauma-informed framework designed to support your healing from the inside out.

Each stage builds upon the last, addressing the core layers of your emotional, somatic, energetic, and relational life.

This is more than a course—it’s a journey back to your body, your truth, and the sacred self that’s always been within

HOW THIS COURSE WORKS

Facilitated by Priya, each module dives deep into education, tools & techniques, practical skills, and spiritual truths.

  • Within this sacred journey, you’ll receive 8 live 2-hour sessions held in real time—sacred containers for teaching, reflection, and community.

Each live call will offer a guided exploration of the week’s theme, weaving together discourse, somatic integration, and space for your voice, your body, and your truth to be witnessed.

These gatherings are not just classes—they are ceremonies of remembrance, regulation, and return

  • If you miss a live call, you will have access to the recording within 24 hours.

  •  Between each module, you’ll receive carefully chosen integration tools—short, doable practices to help you bring the teachings into your daily rhythm using your reiki education. Because healing isn’t something we visit—it’s something we live into.

You can choose to NOT do any of the integration tools and only attend the LIVE sessions and still benefit greatly from The Path to Return.
  • We will have a WhatsApp group to stay connected in between the weekly live calls.
  • You’ll experience live group healing sessions with reiki, spinal energetics, hypnotherapy, EFT, and breathwork —support normally reserved for private clients is now included as part of the journey

Who Is This Journey For?

The Path of Return is for you to be ready to be on the Path of self-work and inner work.

The foundation of Reiki Levels 1 and 2 are integrated into this journey.

This experience is for seekers who are ready to move beyond insight and into embodied transformation. Whether you’re just beginning or you’ve been on the path for years, this sacred container will meet you exactly where you are.

✨ This journey is for you if...

You’re ready to explore healing and spirituality with realness, reverence, and science-backed understanding.

You feel the pull toward something bigger, even if you can’t name it yet.

You’re not here to bypass the hard stuff—you’re here to meet it with compassion and create something greater.

And most of all…
You’re willing to get honest, slow down, come home to your body, and reclaim the life your soul came here to live.

What Will I Learn?

In The Path of Return, the education you receive is not just intellectual—it’s embodied, experiential, and rooted in spiritual wisdom and aincent teachings.

You’ll learn how your nervous system shapes every aspect of your emotional and relational life, and how to gently shift from survival into safety.

You’ll understand the science of trauma, attachment, and protection, and how to work with your inner parts instead of against them—with deep compassion and attunement.

You’ll explore how somatic practices, breathwork, movement, and Reiki energy healing awaken your body’s innate intelligence, restoring trust, capacity, and connection.

Through the wisdom of Vedenta, you'll be guided not only back into the body—but back into the heart of your soul's knowing.

With ancient Vedanta spiritual teachings, we learn that we are not our thoughts, emotions, or trauma—we are the witnessing presence behind them.

The full scope of the level 1 teaching invites us to gently remember who we truly are beneath fear, pain, and conditioning.

I WANT TO ENROLL NOW

You have everything to gain.

Frequently Asked Questions that you may have, too!

This feeling is the reason you MUST do this program.  Making time for you and what you truly want isn’t easy because you’ve been brainwashed to always be busy and never have time for you.

You are worth the time.

One of the huge benefits of this course is that I teach you things you can integrate into your life immediately. So you don’t have to wait for months to take action and see results.

Also, once you complete the course, you can start it again with a different focus. I know people who are always using the tools in the course.

The Path of Return is a 8-week journey that includes:

  • 8 in-depth modules and group sessions with live teachings, somatic tools, and spiritual practices

  • Gentle practices between modules to support daily embodiment

  • Private community space for optional sharing and connection including on WhatsApp for daily questions and shares

  • Lifetime access to all materials so you can revisit the journey anytime

This course meets you where you are and walks with you as you return to your body, your truth, and your soul.

In this class, there is no “my way or the highway.”

This is not religion.  It's not anti-religion.  It holds no relationship to any other practice. These gateways to learning fits in with whoever you are and whatever you believe... whatever the Divine means to you.

All that is required is a willingness to be open and a deep desire for change.

Yes. And when held in a safe, sacred, trauma-informed space—they can be life-changing.

We heal in relationship. Many of our wounds—especially childhood or relational trauma—were formed in disconnection, isolation, or shame. Group work gently invites those patterns to be seen, softened, and rewritten in real time.

In The Path of Return, you're never alone. You’re held in a community of others who are walking their own brave path. You’ll feel witnessed, supported, and encouraged—not pushed.

And because the nervous system is wired for co-regulation, simply being in the presence of others who are healing amplifies your own transformation.

This isn’t about sharing everything or being vulnerable on command. It’s about remembering that you were never meant to do this work in isolation. And inside this sacred container, you’ll experience what it feels like to be met with compassion, safety, and resonance.

When you do an online program, you don’t have to travel, you don’t have to wait, and you get access to the best coaches/facilitators in the world without the cost of a plane ticket.

Research has shown there’s incredible energy and collective wisdom when doing group coaching that’s different from 1:1 sessions, and it’s this energy and wisdom that can rapidly get you to deepen into your healing.

Because The Path of Return doesn’t just give you information—it gives you transformation.

This isn’t a quick fix or a surface-level self-help class.

It’s a trauma-informed, spiritually rooted, somatically guided journey that meets you where you are—gently, powerfully, and with reverence for your nervous system and soul.

You won’t be asked to bypass your pain.
You’ll be invited to meet it with compassion—through breath, movement, energy, and truth.

Created by someone who’s walked both the path of trauma and awakening, this course blends science, mysticism, and embodiment to help you truly come home to yourself.

If you’re ready to stop circling the same patterns and start creating a life that actually feels like yours—this is your return.

According to Dr. Gabor Maté, trauma is not defined by the event itself—but by what happens inside of you as a result of that event.

Trauma is the disconnection from the self, caused by overwhelming experiences that the nervous system couldn’t process at the time.

These experiences can range from overt abuse to subtle neglect, or even the absence of emotional attunement.

In other words, trauma is not just about pain—it’s about what we do to survive it.

This may include:

  • Suppressing emotions

  • Disconnecting from the body

  • Adopting protective parts or coping patterns

  • Losing touch with our authentic needs and voice

First, let me say: your fear makes sense. When you’ve experienced deep pain, the idea of opening up—even to healing—can feel overwhelming.

That’s why The Path of Return is built with deep care.

It’s trauma-informed, nervous-system aware, and gentle by design. You are never asked to go faster than your body wants. There is no pressure to share, perform, or push through anything.

Instead, you’ll be offered tools of regulation, safety, and support—and invited to move at your own pace. This isn’t about re-living your trauma. It’s about slowly, safely returning to yourself—one breath at a time.

If a part of you is saying yes, even quietly... that’s enough. That part is ready. And the rest of you will be lovingly supported along the way.

You don’t have to be “fully ready.” You just have to be willing.

I see you. I know what it’s like to deeply want healing and support—and to feel like it’s just out of reach.

The Path of Return was created with the belief that healing is a birthright, not a luxury. While this offering reflects the depth, care, and sacred labor poured into it, I also understand that finances can be a very real barrier.

That’s why I offer:
🌿 Extended payment plans
🌿 Partial scholarships for those in true financial need
🌿 A trust-based system—if you are genuinely called to this work, I’ll do my best to meet you where you are.

If your heart is saying yes, but your wallet says no—please reach out. We’ll explore what’s possible together. No shame, no judgment—just truth and compassion.

Because you matter. Your healing matters. And we rise together.

In addition to our own deep and years-long healing journeys (which is the best training we could ask for)...I have worked with hundreds of clients in group and one to one sessions.
